In a fast-paced and often overwhelming world, Be Still and Know invites participants into a serene space of quiet reflection, creativity, and connection. This workshop blends mindfulness and artistic expression to help individuals slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the creativity within them.

Through guided prompts, reflective exercises, and a simple neurographic art process, participants will explore how creativity can serve as a pathway to peace, healing, and personal insight. No artistic experience is needed—this is a judgment-free space where the focus is on the process, not the outcome.

Participants will:

- Reflect on their personal understanding of creativity.

- Engage in a calming breathing exercise to foster mental and emotional stillness.

- Express thoughts, worries, or questions through intuitive line work and color.

Let’s turn your older clothes into new ones! Bring any of your clothes that need refreshing, we will provide all materials. We will have paint, bleach, stamps, stencils and even t-shirts you can get from us!

Saturday, September 12th, 1 pm - 2 pm

Come learn the fun art of glass etching using a stencil method. Participants can use pre-cut stencils or design and cut their own. All materials will be provided.  A variety of glass styles will be available to choose from and each participant will take home two finished etched glasses at the end of the class.

Children between the ages of 12-17 can participate with signed parental permission.
